To those who are confused about requirements if you click on the link for the application form and scroll to the bottom it asks you to find two items....( more details just read it )
If I can figure it out anybody should be able to do it. What I don't know is if I even qualify as the rules say you have to be active but it seems you have to post in this thread also.
I figured it out. That means its easy! I just know that a new scope would be awesome!!
