New Duck type for us, Saxony.
The Saxony is a dual-purpose breed, reared both for its eggs and for the table. Ducks lay approximately 80 or 100 eggs per year. The eggs are white and weigh some 80 g

Another new duck type, Dutch Hookbill considered an endangered duck breed.
Today, it is primarily raised for exhibition purposes, and is a seasonal egg layer of blue eggs. It's a light-weight bird, weighing between 5.5 and 6.5 pounds (2.3 to 2.8 kilos).

    Diversity in action!
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.

That sucks though. Worst I ever saw was a weasel that got into the henhouse and wiped out every bird that wasn’t on a high roost. Buggers don’t even bother eating them after....
