Too bad mine's well used, lol. My Fireball Island set would be worth a few bucks too I'm told, if I hadn't played the crap out of it....well, mostly drove MicroMachine tanks all over it....

There was an expansion called "Advanced HeroQuest" that also sells for $300 on it's own

Ms. TVPP and I have been playing King of Tokyo a lot this year.

Pretty much relive 1980s Godzilla movies with your friends.

It's well balanced, fast and fun, and each game can be quite different. Plus the art. I'm a sucker for games with art.

Game Name: Power Grid (Basic Set)
    Number of Players: 2-6
Setup Time: 10min initial, 5 subsequent
    Play Time: 90min
Comments: Fun resource management game. You purchase powerplants, buy raw materials to power the powerplants, build cities, power the cities and collect money from powered cities. It is a strategy/numbers game in which you need to balance your money spending on powerplants, raw materials, and city purchasing.

Game Name: Eclipse (2011, Basic Set)
    Number of Players: 2-6
Setup Time: 30min initial, 10min subsequent
    Play Time: 90-240 min
Comments: A very involved game. Only 9 turns in length, but a whole lot of planning needs to be done...

    Game Name: Puerto Rico
    Number of Players: 2-5
    Setup Time: 10min
    Play Time: 90-120min

Ugh! King Of Tokyo. One of the worst games I've ever played.

So did not live up to the hype.

I've been playing Dead Of Winter.

Pretty good. Also Superfight is okay but you burn through the deck in one sitting.

So me and the boys played a bit of Level 7 on Friday.
Game Name: Level 7 (Omega Protocol)
    Number of Players: 2-6
Setup Time: 25min initial, 5 subsequent
    Play Time: 120-240 min
Comments: One player is the bad guy controlling the clones and other freaks, his goal to kill off the players. The other players control the Team Disco agents, whose goal is to clear out the complex that was infested/overrun by the creatures.

New game without a dedicated bad guy. Similar in theme to Level 7, just a bit more cartoony (Awesome plastic figures however!

    Game Name: Galaxy Defenders
Number of Players: 1-5 Setup Time: 25min initial, 15 subsequent
    Play Time: 120-240 min
Comments: Pretty interesting game where the whole gang is co-operative. Players take turns with their character and then Aliens as per "alien Card directives". There are mission goals and fails, which can lead to different scenarios.
