    Unable to contact

I was looking forward to purchasing a new firearm using your service. You were very prompt when getting me to setup the financing. I promptly paid you the down payment. I sent it EMT so I got an email when it went through and you got the funds. After that I did not hear from you regarding the next steps in using your service. I sent multiple emails with no response at all. I called your number multiple times and got voicemail but the message said mailbox full. I was able to get through once and left a voicemail on Friday July 15th. No response to the voicemail. Once again I tried to call your number this morning and got Voicemail saying mailbox full cannot leave a message. This is greatly concerning me as I have paid my down payment but am getting no responses from you. Please ensure you respond to calls and emails.

So this post is what made me finally join the forum. Usually I just like to read and learn from the posts but have finally reached a point where I have some input. I'm Having the same issue as sammar had. I applied with Tactical Capital over 10 days ago. Sent all my info and the required downpayment on Monday. They sent me a contract with a purchase date for Wednesday. I asked after they accepted my deposit what the next step was. All I got in reply was 'wait for dealer to contact you'. Haven't heard anything since. Purchase date on signed contract was May 10th. Now May 12th and cannot get a single reply from anyone. Phoned and message box is full. Called the dealer I applied to buy from and they have no word on anything from Tactical capital. Kinda worried I'm out a deposit here as there is ZERO communication. Kinda sucks when you are taking a chance with a company. Have I lost that money or is this normal buisness practice for this company?

I am on loan number 4 or maybe 5 now and the only complaint is their communication is terrible. Emails not answered. Calls not returned. If they were not the only ones to finance firearms they would be out of business.

Well good to know you've actually gotten something in the end. I FINALLY got through to the phone # and she said "oh we had to do a system reboot" and tried to tell me it was slow on the dealers end and said she'd send the approval over right then... Anddddd still nothing. ... I had already spoken to the dealer many times and they have NOTHING from TacticalCapital on me... This is pretty uncool buisness practice and hopefully they come through here for me since I've lived up to my EVERY end of the CONTRACT. So beyond frustrating

They will it's just weird it is taking them so long. Mine have usually been done in a couple days.
I wonder if they are swamped with people wanting to buy before the stupid NATO baloney starts June 1 but you think they could say something.

I totally get when a company gets busy or whatever but just a simple email returned or an honest answer would go so far in putting people at ease. I just want to know one way or another. Thanks for the replies man, its good to know forsure that this os kinda the norm for them.

    ***Update

So after being promised Friday morning after finally getting through that she was sending the approval to the dealer "Right Away" 3 more days come and go with NOTHING. So i called again this morning, 4 times, mailbox full as always. Sent an email asking someone to please contact me this morning - NOTHING... So I sent another requesting my downpayment back as just using my credit card is going to be a MUCH better option after this nonsense and FINALLY get this email back:

    "Hello,
That is only the estimated date on the contract. We do not charge interest or fee during the processing period. We have a system update and already have technician worked through during the weekend. We will try to get the thing sort out all the order as soon as possible."

So basically I was flat out lied to on Friday when I was told the approval was being sent right away as we spoke and after she repeatedley blamed the dealer and said the delay was on thier end. This is ridiculous.. My suggestion is stay far away from this nonsense and just save for the gun or use a credit card or ANYTHING other than this company. WORST communication ever, contracts that are "estimates" and flat out lies.
