    Nice, I've been loking for a good wing recipe. After the substandard wings we had last night at the local pub, it's time to try our own. No need for the "milk or bread" here, just more beer

    Tried it. Can't say the extra effort of boiling them was worth it. We always cook them on a clay stone to begin with and they came out the same either way.

    Deep fryers work nicely, but less grease in the system is probably healthier.

    Ben, I found the same when cooking them on the pizza stone, they just didn't crisp us as well.
    Bolied, then done on the cookie sheet, they crisped up nicely.

    I am going to try this. Sounds excellent.

    In the mean time I have been using Uncle Dougie's Wicked Good Wing Sauce. Good stuff, highly recommend!

    I don't have a firearms problem; they all work perfectly well.

    As grease is always a concern, using the convection oven is an alternative to boiling. The ceramic smoker is another alternative. Whatever works eah!
