Cool, until I remember that I don't particularly enjoy shooting full power 45auto for any length of time!

    This is AWESOME!

(I can't shoot 9mm. Not enough recoil. I'm actually serious)

    Hehe...

Maybe if I wore a half glove. The narrow backstrap and various edges of the grip safety and such are what do it to me.

Still, my uncle is going to want to sell me his Norc A1 someday, and I understand that's The Frame to use with the 460..

The fail in this thread is gigantic, with people complaining of the awesomosity (tm) of 45acp.

I won't even get into the 44mag argument because someone will cite the 500sw, but the 10mm is and always will be the "normal" cartridge that outperforms all.
    I have no signature block.

    Harden up, pantywaist!

Probably not manly enough to shoot full-house 10mm Auto, either. My g/f does it. Not very accurately, but she does it.

I've shot full house 44 mag in a (4.25" L frame) model 69 with wood grips. And I shoot one-handed exclusively. I think that validates the Man Card

But I prefer something that I can put a few hundred rounds through without chewing up my web.

A few tenths of a grain of powder is enough to make the difference between a 50 round day vs as much as I want, in all seriousness.

And no one is denying that 45auto is from the right hand of Gods last son on Earth, Petamocto

The 1911 from His left hand

    .....

Screw it - when I get that Norc, I'll buy the .460 kit for it.

You guys bringing in brass too, Marshall?

We will be bringing brass for sure... working getting the ammo on the NRCan list as well, but that will be a few months in the hands of the bureaucrats.
