Picked up my new skeet, hunting, general purpose shotgun.

Well Its been awhile since I had a shotgun. I figured might want to go duck hunting this year and try skeet. I had a 1100 and I loved it. Well I ended up picking up a 1187 special purpose almost setup like my 1100. Minus the barrel and stock.

My 1100. Had the barrel cut down to 18.7" +2 Ext pinned to 1, Easy Loader, choate Ext charging handle, Speed Feed stock.

My new 1187 3". Comes with a bisby ported choke and a full choke. easy loader, choate ext charging handle. I'm not a fan of the stock but be putting not sure a regular syn stock or a magpul SGA. Also a custom mount. I'm thinking removing the mount and going with a rib mounted fibre optic sight.

I was going to buy another rem 1100. But it sold before I could say SOLD.

Funny that's 2 guns I basically bought clones of what I used to own. ( My AR15 and my 1100 )

What's the firearm on the table in the first picture?

I got a 3" rem1100 in the cabinet with a 30"(or seems it) barrel, nice shotgun, I really like them.

Liberty is not a thing for the great masses of men. It is the exclusive possession of a small and disreputable minority, like knowledge, courage and honor. It takes a special sort of man to understand and enjoy liberty — and he is usually an outlaw in democratic societies. - H.L. Mencken

Oh was another gun I shouldn't have sold. Stupid drinking problems.

I never shot skeet actually on a range. Just always a buddy throw up a clay so it will be interesting. I know I need to ditch the pistol grip.

Shame I cannot run the SGA stock, just because the angles.

Nice. I have an 1100 20g youth model. Came with two barrels. Imp cylinder, Mod . love the thing. It is very light. Makes the 870 feel like a rock.

Cant wait for my 870 stock to come in and get rid of the pistol grip full stock. Also removing that mount.
