Liberty is not a thing for the great masses of men. It is the exclusive possession of a small and disreputable minority, like knowledge, courage and honor. It takes a special sort of man to understand and enjoy liberty — and he is usually an outlaw in democratic societies. - H.L. Mencken

I don't know about you folks but finding Lemi-Shine for me was practically impossible. I "borrowed" some of my wife's citric acid powder ($20 for 5 lbs), she uses it to make bath bombs, and used that. Hot water in her bread bowl (don't tell her she was away) with a teaspoon of citric acid and a squirt of Dawn. Stirred for 5 minutes and looks like brand new.

That's all I use, White powder in a clear plastic container that the corner store buys in bulk and sells in smaller packages.
A pound is about $4? A pound will do a zillion cases.

I did 22.4 lbs of 9mm in about 45 minutes including drying it in the oven.

Perhaps a 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to rise and a 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract for flavor?

You see the same sort of "dezincification" on some old toy steam boilers.

Bad news for those, as it leads to porosity and leaks.

Cartridge brass isn't a worry, though.

On another note, regarding alloys. I swear that Blazer brass is a different blend than most others. It has a subtle yet distinct difference in colour.

Just a random observance, but there are many types of what we generically call Brass.
