Ok, here's one of my favorite recipes. I'm not sure if you have this in Canada because my fiance never heard of them before but he loves them! They are at every pot luck lunch here in the south so I was shocked he never had them. Give them a shot and see if you like them.

Start with a dozen hard boiled eggs cut lengthwise in half. Scoop the yolk out of the eggs and put them in a bowl. To the yolks, add:

1/3 c Mayo
1Tbsp Vinegar
1/2Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2Tbsp Dry Mustard
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp onion powder
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
dash of pepper

Mash it all together. Spoon the mixture back into the eggs, chill and eat. I like to use my frosting tips to make it look pretty but I don't think anyone cares about that, lol. Some people sprinkle paprika on the eggs after filling, but that's totally optional. I hope you like them!

Devilled Eggs are well known where I come from. I'm not a fan, but my brother loves 'em. :)

Excellent sounding recipe. I'll give them a a shot one of these days. I cold smoked hard boiled eggs once and they made awesome egg salad sandwiches.
