They just take airsoft housings and put parts in them. From what I hear not the best.

Yeah I hear that but considering there is nothing else on the market for buying except Newcon 3ga that is $3000 plus!

Okay I purchase the unit and I must say so far I am impressed, having worked and owned the USA versions so far I must say it is close enough and does the job well and comes in at a fantastic price with excellent capability.

I have only played with it last night briefly and was inspecting it all night.

I will test it for:

-Zeroing
-Distances out too 0 to 200 meters very shortly this week hopefully, but for sure in the next 2 weeks. I can already determine it is effective out to 200m on VIS and IR already and will confirm this soon.
-All run the unit on one of my rifles up to see heat resistance as well but this won't be a definitive test by any means.
-Also I will test its water resistance to some degree as well. Yet to be determined.

I have communicated with the manufacture on this and he did say his units are made to be close to the capabilities of real deal original DBal but admits they are not made for that standard in a sense but are more than adequate, in there words "there units are made to be very close at an affordable price" so far I can say this statements is very true and with a lifetime warranty I would not hesitate to purchasing from them again already. They spare no expense on packaging or unnecessary cost which is good to hear.

Will keep you all updated and I will revise this thread at my earliest convenience.

With all things considered I give this units a 4.5 out of 5 stars for the category it comes in. As long as its holds up to my future testing within reason possible even closer to 5 Stars.

An update so far.

Taken this unit a few times to the range so far , mount to my SR15 and so far the results are excellent and very comparable to the full US made model. The construction of the unit is excellent and surprisingly good. Experimentation on Night shoot works great out to 300 meters with NV so far. Holds a good zero. And army buddy of mine that is still in used it to experiment with it briefly and was impressed with it. Would love to do a direct comparison with Full US made model though. Just going of memory unfortunately , that being said I'm happy with it.

It holds zero well at 100 and 200 meters on range so far. More info to come at later date.

Oh yes

Also was shooting out in rain for extended period of time and was used on a gun for 24hrs straight during moderately cold and wet environment around Meaford. Hardly definitive testing so far but must say more than adequate for range work at this point . Manufacture does not recommend submerging this unit in water operations but it is water resistant.

How is this thing still holding up ? Had mine for about a month now and I am very impressed.
