About this time every year I get excited and I start thinking about taking out the non-firearm summer toys. I did just that a few days ago and as my luck would have it the price of fuel jumped. 2 weeks ago I was filling up at 120.6 & now I'm feeling lucky to find 136.x. I'm hoping it's not gonna be one those summers where I'll have to skip a few meals to able to enjoy some leisure driving or trade stuff in for a fiat 500 ugh.

I'm happy the back roads are melting, and there is mud to be found for my truck.
I am sad cause this is another summer where my el camino won't be on the road. I may get it a little bit closer to being road ready.

I don't know if quadding counts but I know my Grizzly was so happy to shed the snowplow this week and head off into the bush. Lots of mud and water with snow as well remaining on the trails. So good to be out there. Hoping to meet up with Mr. Bear soon.

Agreed! I pulled the snowblower off the tractor this weekend, put the blade on in anticipation of smoothing down the beach for the summer, as soon as the ice melts out. Things are starting to look good.

Cheers!
