I was expecting some mainland Chinese dish...

*Note - I'm half Chinese and I've never eaten dog before... my parents went to the mainland last year and had the chance...

I've heard it said:


“The Chinese eat everything with four legs except tables—and everything that flies except airplanes”

I can't quite confirm that, but it sounds plausible.

Seriously though, that looks like an awesome idea. I'm going to try making that with my older girl this week. Filipinos make spaghetti with chopped up hot dogs. This just elevates that awesomeness of that dish to a new level.
