My barrel on my m305 is overindexed and probably needs the shoulder rolled back o the barrel? Im wondering if some one experienced could explain how this is done. Also would a loose op rod guide be fixed by a usgi roll pin or should i try just a new guide from treeline.

Depending on how over-indexed it is, you probably don't have to worry about rolling the shoulder back... If you remove the oprod guide, and peen the oprod guide boss, then reinstall the oprod guide with red loctite, reinstall the pin, it'll be nice and tight. Mine, (bought from Canada Ammo last year) was slightly UNDER-indexed, and it was causing my oprod to hit on the barrel. Cranked it in a bit, and all lines up nicely.
