Odd system, using the 762x25 inserts, but an insanely great price.

Interesting. But, alas... Sold out.

I saw those and considered getting one based on the price alone, but using the inserts seems like a pain in the butt. Never mind chasing them down after emptying the mag...

I've used one before, and yeah, it's a pain. Anyone with trigger time on a Tok will probably tell you the same thing: Toks love to throw their brass a long way. Now imagine it throwing those precious inserts! Arguably a magazine's worth of inserts is worth more than the pistol itself. You also might need a narrow screw driver, cleaning rod, or wooden dowel to push the 22LR out of the insert. The cases expand a little and they don't pop out as easily as you'd like.

They're a fun toy, and a real neat novelty! But not something I'd want to use as a dedicated plinker. They're destined to be safe queens.
