yep...right here!

I will always regret selling my old 760 in .270
That old iron never left a deer upright and I sold it after I bought a 300wsm...that sits in the safe most of the time.
Even the Sako I replaced the 760 with doesn't scratch that itch.

Would love to find a 7600 stainless synthetic in 270 or even .243 but I think they were only built for 1 year...

Yup gotta 760 in 30-06 from my grandfather as my first rifle. I did shoot a lot of game with it, but she kicked like a mule, to date the only gun that I can't steadily shoot at the range, shoot it once or twice to see if she's on then I'm done

Proper LOP and a recoil pad might help. I don't find the 760/7600s any worse to shoot than most other boltguns.

The little light weight carbines appeal to me... like the one chalkriver posts here and the one Supercub posted elsewhere here..... I am in the market for another lightweight stalker... besides my model 7 (which I also love)....lol

my .270 didn't buck real hard...

I missed buying a 760 re-barreled to .338Fed by hours...would have been able to sell everything else and only have 1 rifle :D

I have been on the hunt for a .243 for awhile, might have to settle for a .308 carbine or a .270. I missed a couple of Stainless .30-06's and have been kicking myself ever since.

I handled a 7615 it was an excellent little gun, however the price tag soon convinced me to set it down.

I'm a closet 760'r ... :) i picked up a real beauty in .308 a few months back. I've been a bit of a bolt guy for a while but there is something about these rifles that say take me hunting!

I didn't know they came in stainless. That would be interesting

I have a 7600 in 30-06, bought it over 20 yrs ago new from Canadian Tire. Still knocks down deer, very mild recoil compared to my other synthetic stocked 30-06's.
At the end of a long day though it is a heavy rifle and these days it takes a back seat to something lighter like my M70.
