I just bought a MRD mount from m14.ca for my m1 garand. Does anyone know where i can get a jpoint red dot sight? i cant seem to find it anywhere, ive emailed CRAFM twice and they havent responded to me.

Hmmm just noticed your post as I was looking at others who've installed micro red sights (MRD). I too bought the MRD mount from m14.ca but I sent mine back as there was an issue with the hood. Just waiting on a replacement to come.

Anyways, I REALLY liked the concept of a MRD and upon lots of research discovered the SHIELD range of sights. And it turns out, these are the guys that make for Jpoint, ACOG etc!

I got mine from http://www.tacticalimports.ca and it's called the sms. I actually chanced on it after reading the review of the sms's bigger brother on Calibre magazine (Shield CQS).
