Kind of like bear defense by shooting your pal in the leg.

Cheers!

How do you know about that?! Who told you?!

Oh wait... you're just talking generally and not about specifics.

Nevermind....

Go about your posting.....

Rommel said never to do that. All of your troops have to feel like you will never leave them hanging.

Clearly those stupid buffalo have never received higher military and or philosophical training.

Charging Grizzly gets a mag worth of 30.06 in the face on semi-auto from a Browning BAR. If he is still coming after that, he has earned the right to eat me.

Wanna come bear hunting this year ?
The problem then becomes who can shoot who's leg from the longest range. I don't think a bear will run that far.

the smart move would be to yell "RUN" then step behind a tree...don't ask me how I know... :)

Reminds me when I took a buddy hiking for the first time.

"How fast do you need to run to outrun a bear?"

"Don't need to outrun the bear. Just outrun you."

1. Literally the first time I've ever heard that.

2. Unless the bear is a psycho and enjoys killing for sport, at which point he would steamroll/trample the slower guy en route to the second. That's what I would do if I were a bear.

Oh, no. You didn't like my bad joke?! My heart is figuratively breaking. I hope that usage is correct.

Sorry man, I wasn't making fun of you, I was making fun of a different thread where the use of "literally" was brought up.

I apologize if my words seemed like I was insulting your post, I was not.

No worries. Smiles all around. I was going to pit a line in about usage of the term sarcasm.
