Shouldered one in .308 the other day. It's an interesting rig, I'll have to agree that the ability to shift the butt downward slightly would be a good thing.

If he's using M14 magazines I'd have to think the AIA's would fit. Didn't know about the multipurpose magwell either....

10 rounds in AICS Mags, Accurate Mag AICS mags, MDT's polymer mags, or AIA mags.

The only thing that really steps out to me is a heavy barrel in .243. Can't seem to find too many others. Always 223 or 208
