Scientist Confesses: "Global Warming a $22 Billion Scam"

Imagine, for a moment, sitting at a prestigious steakhouse in Palm Beach, Florida, a hot spot for some of the most wealthy and famous — Donald Trump, Tiger Woods, Oprah Winfrey, James Patterson, Rush Limbaugh, and hundreds more.

And, imagine dining with a handful of men you’ve only read about. Some of them are worth millions, others published best-selling books, and some have held prominent positions at the White House.

In essence, you’re sitting at a five-person table of VIPs.

You’re about to take a bite of your New York strip when one of the men, a top U.S. intelligence agent, slams a 164-page document in the middle of the table.

This document, you soon find out, contains damning evidence that a network of politicians, corporations, and scientists have conspired together to promote the fear of “global warming” . . . despite evidence clearly stating no such “global warming” exists.

The motive: $22 billion per year.

14 Reasons Socialism Won’t Work in America

In Part Three of this series I explained the broad philosophical problem with socialism: its fundamental premise that state control is superior to individual liberty and economic freedom. In this installment I explain what adopting a socialist system would mean to Americans in practical terms. After completing this installment, the reader should be able to explain to young Americans why socialism is a flawed concept whether viewed as an economic system, a worldview, or in practical terms. Not only does socialism not work, it cannot work because of the following shortcomings:

The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness
Lyle H. Rossiter, Jr, MD

Dr. Lyle H. Rossiter, Jr.,a forensic psychiatrist, explains the madness of liberalism in his new book The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness. You can read an excerpt below, and read more at his website libertymind.com.

Like all other human beings, the modern liberal reveals his true character, including his madness, in what he values and devalues, in what he articulates with passion. Of special interest, however, are the many values about which the modern liberal mind is not passionate: his agenda does not insist that the individual is the ultimate economic, social and political unit; it does not idealize individual liberty and the structure of law and order essential to it; it does not defend the basic rights of property and contract; it does not aspire to ideals of authentic autonomy and mutuality; it does not preach an ethic of self-reliance and self-determination; it does not praise courage, forbearance or resilience; it does not celebrate the ethics of consent or the blessings of voluntary cooperation. It does not advocate moral rectitude or understand the critical role of morality in human relating. The liberal agenda does not comprehend an identity of competence, appreciate its importance, or analyze the developmental conditions and social institutions that promote its achievement. The liberal agenda does not understand or recognize personal sovereignty or impose strict limits on coercion by the state. It does not celebrate the genuine altruism of private charity. It does not learn history’s lessons on the evils of collectivism.

I'm actually convinced that for the vast majority of people it's just getting older and wiser that shapes their thought process to the right for many issues.

When people are young and their hormones are in overdrive, and they haven't done a lot to earn things yet, they tend to think with their emotions. That's why younger people generally vote left. As people get older they think more practically and less emotionally, and that leans right.

People tire of idealism; especially if they've worked hard. Over time they just want to keep what they have and not be bothered, and they certainly don't want to give their stuff away to people who haven't done as much.

The same left leaning hippies from the 60s and 70s are today's super crusty conservatives, and I'd be willing to bet this on 50 years a lot of the young people voting left now will be voting right after they've matured.

One of the greatest guys I ever worked with was an old German-Canadian who had spent his 20's in commune. He hit middle age and reality and started leaning and voting right. As is often misquoted, but still true: "If at 20 you are not a socialist, you have no heart, and if at 30 you are not a capitalist, you have no brain"

(translated by Google from Norway

Raped heterosexual man raped by another supposedly heterosexual man (refugee).

BEGINNING OF ARTICLE
"How is it to be a man and raped? How is it to be young HTVs, feminist and anti-racist, and raped by a Somali man?"
..... (then a bunch of blather.

THE END OF THE ARTICLE GOES LIKE THIS

"I've learned that the culture in which the rapist comes from is so totally different from ours. In his culture trades sexual abuse mostly about power and less about desire. And it is not regarded as a homosexual act being the one who exerts power and raping.

I do not feel anger toward my husband abuse, and it is incomprehensible to many. But I have to some extent chosen to accept that he is responsible for his actions. This was difficult. For I see him most as a product of an unjust world. A product of an upbringing marked by war and deprivation.

I stand rock solid in my opinion that the people he needs our help. I want us to continue to help refugees with such a background.

I have been a victim of an injustice and a dark part of the world that we are largely shielded from here at home. But I have yet reconciled myself that it happened to me, here in Norway. For I am a human being first, and not a Norwegian. No, I'm part of the world, and the world is unfortunately unfair."

SO... no. Many Liberals are so far down the rabbit hole that nothing will fix them. Even when that man is raped by another man. It's like those people who would rather be beaten, or raped, or have their families harmed, rather than use a gun to kill their attacker.
