Charles Daly Over Under- Looking for some information.

Just picked up a Charles Daly by Miroku. Factory burnt down in the 70's and a lot of the information is gone. If anyone knows anything about this shotgun I would like to hear from you.

Charles Daly was a U.S. importer of Miroku stuff(They made Browning shotguns too. Your Daly is a Superposed clone.) among others until the early to mid '70's. Wasn't a fire that closed 'em though. Supposedly the factory was almost blown down by a typhoon in 1971.
Not entirely convinced this guy knows what he's talking about but it's more info about Daly/Miroku stuff.

Charles Daly was shut down by their then owners in 2010, then the name was sold to Samco Global Arms, Inc. in 2012. Firearms companies have been changing owners like we change our socks for years.
Anyway, there's a Daly O/U shotgun manual here. Isn't really great though.
