Hello all can someone tell me if I will be allowed to shoot at the Sherwood park range without having a range orientation? I have shot at many ranges prior, just not SPFGA. Do I have to have a combo for a gate lock or is there a sign in?

Thank you

Sherwood Park Fish and Game does not allow guests to shoot, and does not sell day passes. There is one way to shoot there, and that is to buy a full membership. You don't need any kind of a range orientation to shoot once you're a member unless they've changed something in the past few years.

There is a "range orientation" now for new members - I believe they've implemented it in the last few months. There also is a combination required to access the facility, as well as some newly installed video monitoring equipment in place.

Orientation required, offered last Sunday of each month. Contact club for more info regarding space.
