United Conservative Party will obliterate Notley's NDP

https://www.therebel.media/united_conservative_party_will_obliterate_notley_s _ndp

A new poll from Mainstreet confirms what Albertans knew all along: The United Conservative Party (UCP) would obliterate Rachel Notley’s NDP government.

If the Alberta election were held today instead of 2019, the newborn UCP would hold a majority with 57 per cent of the vote province wide, compared to Notley’s 29 per cent.

The numbers are even more encouraging when you break them down by region. The only place the NDP hangs onto to any support is Edmonton, where, as Ralph Klein once said, there are too many socialists and mosquitos.

While it’s nice to see them in writing, are these poll numbers a surprise to anyone? Not to me. But they might disappoint the Notley friendlies in the mainstream media.

How many stories did we read about how Jason Kenny would never become PC leader? He won with nearly 76 per cent of votes.

How many stories did we read saying that the UCP would never unite? They united with a 95 per cent vote in favor.

How many stories are we reading right now about how much the centrist vote will matter in the next election? The Alberta Party is polling at 9 per cent.

There is a real disconnect between the mainstream media and everyday people in Alberta who, based on these recent polling numbers, are just not buying what the media party is selling them.

Listening to ched off and on yesterday morning and Ryan Jesperson had a couple of guests on, one being the rat that just jumped ship from the Ontario liebs, who landed a nice job at the pembina institute. Even though the numbers were out there and they were overwhelmingly pro UCP there was an underlying notion that the dippers could pull a rabbit out of their arses. They also navel gazed over the ups and downs of support etc. This will be a Canadian Trump lite situation, with the press looking for a boogeyman, or a nonissue lie about some sort of alien interference, or the like, all the while giving the dippers a free pass, kinda like the fire bomber story that got no mention, or down south, the dems involvement with the russians. https://www.crtv.com/video/ep311++levin+blows+up+the+russian+scandal#sthash.k JzHfL33.dpbs https://www.therebel.media/ezra_levant_november_03

I don't know who they talked to in Edmonton, nobody I know would consider supporting this train wreck again.

I thought a small percentage supported the train wreck before,
the problem was two popular parties split the vote so the province didn't get what they wanted.

It seemed to me to be more then that. Many people I know would not vote Wildrose, and the PC's were a train wreck. The NDP still achieved an amount that would have scared the crap out of anyone even with no vote split. It just got to the point people were not happy with our conservative parties. I mean the cross-over of a good portion of the Wildrose (under the table dealing), the PC's $hitting on everyone, many, many, people (including myself dumbly) voted in protest without expecting them to win. The NDP victory had more to do with pissed off Albertans then actually supporting the NDP.

At least the one good thing to come out of the dumba$$ protest vote is the United Conservative Party, who will hopefully look at things in a different light then the Wildrose, or PC's did. Both have some good ideas, both have some bad ideas and hopefully more good then bad comes out of them or F it I'm voting for the Libertarians.

And now we have some disgruntled Wild Rosers going their own way. Kinda like the hard core Red Tories. I would only hope, now that it looks like the reason a large number of us left the provincial conservatives is gone, that we as a whole don't screw up and give the dippers the mandate to finish Alberta off.

Look at her holding that vice together, using nothing but her raw strength, just like Spiderman!

A lot depends on the outcome of the leadership race.

Sounds like a lot of the "progressive" infiltraitors from both the red Tories and the Wildrose sellouts trying to keep the right from uniting and kicking the lefties to the curb.......where they belong.

Especially where I live in "The Peoples Republik of Old Strathcona" I think I'll just grow some dreads and join the freak show.

It's a fine line between staying pure and refusing to participate.
