I had one for a year or so. Other than being heavy, I liked it all right. I'm not too fussy though, I can get comfortable behind just about any rifle stock....if it rides bags or bipod all right, I'll be happy punching paper or steel.

I have a Savage with an A3?

That'll fix your hat for selling it. Can always buy a Savage Model 10 with one.

I run one on my 10FCP.

I am in the works of bedding it. (Read: need to effing do it!) I have all the kit here to do it, just don't have the motivation.

Definitly not off topic,

Im not really a fan of colored guns, but that actually looks pretty decent.

Thanks for sharing.

I have 2 A5's right now. Years back I had a 700 in an AICS. If I had to build a rifle today based off a 700 action I would use an AI stock. To be honest I prefer the ergonomics of the AICS vs. the A5. To each their own I guess. That being said, I like the color and camo pattern choices that McMillan offers. More of a custom look rather than just those od, fde, or black panels that AI offers.

I have an A5 coming with a .308 build in progress at ATRS. Should have it in a couple of months.
