Targets? Stages? Looking for some brainstorming contributions.

(Yes, I've seen the excellent work done at EESA).

Way back when I watched a video of what they called a "Dangerous Animal Shoot" where you would walk a course and targets in the shape of bears and lions would rush at you through cover like trees and bushes without warning. You have to aim and fire and score headshots before the target got to a certain distance away from you. Lookd really fun and easily adaptible for a zombie shoot.

Will there be a "banjo" stage?

Definitely need a melee weapons stage. Perhaps something of the participant's choosing? :)

ive seen one where a guy made up a three gun senario then he had rules such as 200m 5rds ,head shots are 5 pts body 1pt and a miss is -1 or some thing and after you completed the few senarios you actauly sent him photos and info of you shoot and he would score it amd depending in long rangehow well you did will determine the next shoot. exapmlr if you did poorly at long range then the zombies got closer 50m or so and timed application. it must have been a loy of work on his part

Zombie matches definitely require exploding targets of some kind. Too bad tanderite (sp?) is illegal here.

Ebay has some good targets:

Tannerite is definitely a no-go but if all you're looking for is a bit of "blood and gore" type of effect I don't see anything wrong with taping the odd aerosol paint can to a few target's heads.
