So a friend gave me a bow,

I dont know much about it anyone got any insight?

With its length and that long counter-balance it is probably a target bow of some sort.

The extra arms off the riser (not the limbs) makes it look like the Oneida design but with fewer cables. Definitely a target-style stabilizer.

That was my first guess Oneida. Possibly early model. It's definitely setup for target / competition. That stabilizer is not tree stand friendly

The old owner never used it.
He bought it off a guy that said he had it built custom and there are no timelines on when it was built.

I can't seem to find replacement cables to set it up.
I have several strings though.

Looks to be 1980s vintage or so. Definitely a target bow with that stabilizer.
