First, start off with home made pizza dough. Recipe is here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pizza-Dough-III/ Add a table spoon of powdered garlic before mixing....trust me....GOOD STUFF ! :) Work it out onto a cookie sheet - spread a little flour on the sheet to minimize the crust sticking to the pan.

Add Primo pizza sauce. Yea..it's from a squeeze bottle, but I like the stuff.

Spread that stuff around

Add cheeze.....mozzarella and cheddar on this one.

Add sliced coubassa (sp). Take the skin off first. Personally, I just peel them like a carrot before slicing. Add
the bacon you already cooked up...I slice it up small before cooking. It cooks very even and I don't have to worry
about trying to break it up after the fact.

Add thick sliced pepperoni. Make it about 3 times as thick as the pizza places do. If you're going to do something,
might as well do it right ! :)

Pop that sucker in the over at 375F for 10 minutes....then start checking it every 2 minutes or so until it's cooked
the way you like it. Mine is usually in for 18-22 minutes......then......

BAM

One AWESOME home made pizza ! I recommend that you take your heart medication before eating. :)

I love garlic powder in the crust! Definitely kicks it up a notch.
