Deleting an account

need some help before i get myself banned or something. This account is one I created a while ago and forgot about. Later i came back to the site, went to sign in with my favorite online handle...taken...so i created a new account. Come to realize I WAS THE ONE with my favorite handle. I'm very aware there's a site policy against multiple accounts but i'm too stupid to figure out how to delete the duplicate.:Bang head:
