Well I made my first post C-19 purchase today...

I bought a .22 today, I don't have one in my safe currently and I figured that may be some kind of sin, so I pulled the trigger, pun intended! Also I'm going gopher hunting on Saturday and I was told it would not be cool if I brought my .308 go figure...

So I bought a Browning BL-22 Grade I

I've always loved levers even though I'm a modern military guy, this is the only gun with wood in the safe currently... lol I scoped this unit with a nice Vortex 2-7x35 Diamondback. I love this lever gun so much I'm considering buying another one just so I can have a dedicated one for open sights and one with optics.

I gotta say going through that till without having to make the phone call to the gov't was quite rewarding and pleasing, I felt so proud, lol.

Stevens 350 Security Pump w/ghost rings.

Funny enough it was originally registered, but I sent it back as it had a cracked stock. The dealer replaced it a day after the registry was done, and I haven't received a registration slip for the new one yet. ;)

The first one??? That would be the 1942 Swiss K31 in this picture, the two Tula SKS rifles were prior.

Then things got out of hand... and now there are these...

Under the K31 are a 1941 SVT40, a 1917 SMLE, and a 1950 No4Mk2

Several options are available. Just have to let the current "injunction" run out ...

Unfortunately, my next purchase is a long ways off. Too may other things requiring time and money right now. However, my next purchase will be a non-restricted black rifle that takes LAR15 mags. I really like the XCR, but the price makes me cringe. The SU16 is a possibility, but I have a feeling I'd end up pouring enough money into it to get it looking and feeling how I want it to that I'd be better off buying the XCR. I think I'll just save up, get the XCR and be done with it.

A restricted CSA Carbine from wolverine. Technically purchased before, but it was only transferred to me on the 19th. I'll also likely be picking up a new Norc M14s soon.

Haven't bought anything yet,but I swapped for a Savage Axis in .223- Thanks Ben!
Topped it with a 10x40 in Weaver steel rings and bore sighted it.
Will be going out today and run a few through it to decide if I need to do the trigger.
Dies and bullets on their way.

New toys are good! :D

I guess my first 3 don't really count, I picked up 3 32 rimfires at the Calgary Gunshow. Since then I bought a Hammered Coach Gun, it's a Wyatt Earp by Pedersolli and I have a Great West II 1873 Californian on the way. I actually won the GWII while I was at Winter Range last Feb but just found out it's crossed the US border and is now registered to me. It should show up any day now.
