Damn, only a week away, I better get after it.....been so busy at work, I haven't started setting up yet. But no fear, I'll have some semblance of a range ready.......brother already knocked the hay down for us.

Tigrr........the 45/70 target will be at 400....there's a tree behind it, should I number the branches for you?

07-20-2012, 02:21 PM
Hey well some of us cant afford ricks rifles :P

07-23-2012, 09:43 AM

If your going to number branches you need a picker truck. At 400 I need a marker at about 37 feet up!! Time to get back to packing.

07-26-2012, 06:36 PM
Better get a tree at your shoot marked tigrr. My buffalo classic will be in my sweaty little hands in about a week. :D

Well have to say that out of all the shoots I think this one was the best lots of faces I have not seen for a while and more knowledge floating around about long range shooting then you could shake a stick at. Darrel thanks again for your work and I can say we all look forward to the 5th Dmay shoot

07-29-2012, 02:52 PM
I agree good bunch of guys to shoot with ....
That was an awsome cold bore shot with the canon...:D
Darrell,,,thanks very much again fun times as always.

07-29-2012, 04:10 PM
Great Weekend, Thanks DMay!!!

07-30-2012, 07:41 AM
I'd like to thank everybody for coming out. I know I had a great time and enjoyed the knowledge, conversation and laughs with everyone. One highlight to me , for sure, was that paintjob of kmartels'....outstanding.

I do have to mention that I went back to the line on Sunday morning (with low enthusiasm) to do some clean-up, and there was] not one[/U] piece of trash or anything to pick up. Sure illustrates what a classy and respectful group of shooters I have the honor of being associated with. (My front lawn was a different story, thanks to my dog.....)

Hope you all had as much fun as I did, and a safe trip home.....look forward to meeting everybody again somewhere down the road.
