Site Down?

I have noticed that the site has been experiencing slowdowns lately. I know it's not just me as I have spoken to a few others who have noticed it as well. This morning I could not get on at all. Tried throughout the morning and nothing. Having no problems accessing other sites. It's just after 2:00 BC time and I see GOC is back up. Any one know what's happening with the site?
