    Warranty Concerns for Imported Firearms

The question of warranty service has come up a few times, so I thought I should address it here.

Any firearm purchased through Aztech Armory will be covered by the full manufacturers warranty. If an issue arises contact us for an RMA number and then send the gun back to us in BC. We will then verify the problem and send it back to the manufacturer or their authorized service center.

We have also heard complaints that some other importers are not honoring warranties or worse, not even responding to customers who have warranty issues. When we hear this it is nothing short of infuriating.

We are in existence for no other reason than to help our fellow Canadian gun owners. So if you have an issue and cannot get resolution, let us know and we will do our best to take care of it for you regardless of where you made the purchase.

That, and the lack of having different sites with different rules on different sides of the border certainly gets my interest.
