Stern Defence 9mm PCC adaptors?

Have you guys seen these? Would this be something you could bring into Canada?

The adaptor and the uppers (full conversion kits...)? They have adaptors for Glock or M&P mags and multiple caliber uppers! Finally some love for M&P owners!!

The fact that it's an adaptor means I can use my existing AR lowers - no new transfer or registration!
