Hello GOC. On November 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th we are hosting Agoge Tactical for back to back pistol OP 1 courses. The spots have all been filled for the 12th, and 13th. We have 6 available spots left for sign up on the 14th and 15th. This course will be perfect for anyone looking to step up their pistol game. Sign up is available in store, online via email correspondence, and also over the phone. For sign ups done online or over the phone we require an RPAL license status check before we will take payment to check for validity. Round count is 1000 for this two day course. I recommend anyone looking to get into this course should act as soon as possible. Most of Agoge's courses were sold out by March this year!
Pistol Operator Level I
Course Description:
The objectives for this course are to introduce the shooter to the basic foundation of marksmanship while enabling them to manipulate the pistol in a tactical, practical, and dynamic environment. While reinforcing the basics of marksmanship this course builds on the basics of advanced tactical pistol shooting. Course topics include:
The fundamentals of marksmanship
The 3-step draw
Reloads
4 primary malfunctions
Shooting positions
Barricade shooting
Single hand shooting support and grip hand
Shooting on the move
Gear placement & Selection
Combat mindset
Equipment/Gear:
Practical Pistol
At least 3 magazines
Practical holster & mag pouches to hold at least 2 magazines
Clothing suitable for weather conditions
Eye & Ear protection
Hat is recommended for weather and shield from hot brass
knee/elbow pads (optional)
Cleaning kit and/or firearm tools
Water/food
