I had to drop the "www." off my shortcut to be able to load the website. I shortcut to usercp.php and that link had been broken for a couple of days until I decided to discover what was wrong.
Try this:
http://www.gunownersofcanada.ca it resolves to http://www.gunownersofcanada.ca/foru...m.phpforum.php
