It's just the notation on the back of the card that says what you are allowed to posses and acquire, i.e. restricted or non. You don't need to have the paperwork with you. But keep it in a safe place anyway.

It's 28 days from when they receive to start initial processing. Then add another 17 plus days until it finally gets approved. So they try and take 45 days to get it completed, but usually it is a bit longer, depending on backlog.

@coucou - Mine was sent in and received around Apr. 16-18. So pretty much right at the 28 day mark it is now in the initial processing. They would be correct then in saying wait another 1-2 weeks.

Just got charged on my CC and is in initial processing! Shouldn't be long now!

RobertMcC, yeah, in knew that. Just the mandatory 28 days I wasn't sure about. Figure it will be at least another 1-2 months after the 28 day period before I see it.

Question. Is the 28 day waiting period business days, or actual days? It's not that clear on the website, or any other information. They should have received mine late last week, or early this week. So just waiting on it to go through the waiting period before it shows up on the site as "in...
