We are the same as you - regular people who enjoy shooting sports and our great outdoors, but who also look for good value for money.
Most of the time we all try not to spend too much on our hobbies and we're luckier than the folks south of the border (sorry guys!) as we have access to some more affordable firearms that work great and are a perfect base to modify or dress - and that's what we cater to. You won't find a $1,500 scope on our site, but you will find some great finds that we work hard to source and aren't afraid to stock.
We work closely with Matador Arms, NcStar / VISM, Condor Outdoors, McNett Tactical, Truglo, Acebeam Flashlights, Maple Ridge Armoury, Comp-Tac, Flambeau Outdoors, Froglube, Klymit, Nalgene, Mossy Oak, Birchwood Casey, Champion, Remington, Scat, Counter Assault, UST, GSI Outdoors, Baur Arms and Wolff as our key brands and trust their integrity and warranty. They have terrific products, but they have a lot of items, some in multiple sizes and colours... so we understand that most gun or outdoor stores just can't dedicate the space or the resources in ensuring that they have multiple products in multiple sizes and colours in stock... we do (or at least we try to!).
If a product does not say 'sold out' on the picture/description it means we physically have stock in Alberta (we're based in Cochrane, just West of Calgary). Having said that, some items are special order only - but these are usually with us within 10 days - so if there is something you would like from these brands that you don't see on the website, please drop us an email!
We also offer free delivery anywhere in Canada when you place an order of $200+ and even if you don't want to spend that much we have delivery at a fixed $7.95 for orders of $100-$200 or $11.95 for orders of less than $100.
We started Colonel Mustard in 2013 because we realised that there was a need for a retailer that took the business of accessories and less 'high profile' items seriously and professionally, but we actually have over 30 years experience in running manufacturing and retail businesses internationally. We're still a small team but growing our brands and inventory all the time.
