You can't take an outdated template like the one in use here now and made it responsive. You can try to make it mobile friendly but that really won't work too well and isn't worth the effort attempting to tweak things. GOC should put the old desktop logo back and install a second user...

Generally these are just to make sure people know the specific rules of that range, which are likely to be nearly identical to any other range with respect to conduct, firing line etc. You’ll be just fine.
