If you're hosting your domains with hostpappa, hostgator or godaddy, they all have "web-site-in-a-box" apps that run $5-10 per month. Most of the apps (wordpress, SMF, and osCommerce etc) are one click installs. There's still a fair bit of customization to do, but you'll need to work that out...
