hmmm i had that error on my laptop too and then i clicked on the option to take me to fototime anyway and then it works...works on my phone no problem

Well I think the 'anyway' option does it for you, but possibly on a case by case basis?
The desktop machine here is still using Win7/ Firefox and I was given a prompt by the browser, now the page loads correctly every time.
Other browsers you may have to dig through the settings, idk
edit- on the laptop using Win10/Edge it just works, no issues
android phone - no issues
