Taxes will now be collected for national defense and a few other necessary evils. All other taxes are cancelled. The RCMP are disbanded and anyone who wasnt a boots on the ground cop is banned from ever holding a public job of any kind including being elected to any government office. Dealers will be arrested....dealers caught selling to kids will be executed. Judges will be elected to 2 year terms, as will any local police chiefs that are there to replace the RCMP. Anyone frivolously crying that they are offended by this and that will be repeatedly slapped until they grow a pair. Welfare is a time limited emergency measure. 6 months per person per lifetime.
