The titles are black on dark gray, the other parts are gray on dark grey. I find it more difficult to read the gray on dark gray, and I find light-dark-dark-light-dark-dark-etc. banding awkward to look at. It may be just me. Perhaps it's just old eyes.

I find that the new highlighting by darkening makes is more difficult to read the gray text on the very dark gray bands and may not achieve the desired effect. I think that it would be easier (for me) if the highlighted Posts were perhaps lighter or a different (lighter) pastel colour. I also...
