I shot the BTVS in .17HMR at the hunt camp last year. Very comfortable, but definitely heavy and for me, the thumbhole stock isn't worth the added cost and weight. More of a benchrest stock than one you'd take for a walk. 'Course maybe that's what you're looking for. :) Savage rimfire mags tend...
