Hycaps is on the up and up and I've done business with the company. The owner of Hycaps is a Canadian from BC. And with every order he includes copies of the CBSA ruling on mags, the laws stating they have to be pinned, his paperwork on the pinning, etc.

This forum is the only vbulletin where my IE at work was having a problem. Really weird....
