Well I think in some locations the vending machine would not make a lick of difference, it is all about the culture. Licensing about the same.

Sure- Jamaica stands out near the top-in Jamaica ownership rate is 6.6 firearms per 100 people.(Canada is 30.81 firearms per 100 people) It is all about the culture, not the guns.
