took my hunter safety and my firearms when I was 12. but lost my paperwork and recently found it for my pal. is there anything I can do to get it now (going on 5 years)? was told when 18 to send it but was lost. have it all now and scores etc. I live in Saskatchewan so pal isn't necessary beside...
