My timeline for Ontario so far.. February 26th - CFSC February 27th - CRFSC March 1st - Application mailed (without course report) March 6th - Application received in Miramichi March 28th - Credit card charged - Application in system, missing report - Course report faxed March 29th or April 1st...

Ohh my mistake, I was thinking you were taking post CFSC and CRFSC (I think because you said your license expired). Not that I plan on letting mine lapse, even if I haven't taken them out for any length of time, it's good to know the safety course only needs to be taken once.

Silly question but do you need to do the course over again? I just assumed the course was a one time deal.
