The problem seems to be the use of "order" in the thread title. Perhaps there's some code that black-flags SQL words. Oops happens even if the message body is reduced to just x but keeping the thread title Order of Allegiance.

The vertical bar before the red quote is just the cursor flashing. It's not a character.
