Organized my new 'Locker'.. Do you think if I keep my mags loaded with 5 rounds I will wear out the springs?...
Need more Mags. I like to have 10 mags per Rifle. With my new purchases I need to buy 30 more.

springs left under compression shouldn't wear at all, in and out of compression could cause wear, like me, you need a bigger locker

I appreciate the tips..... But I was kinda facetious with my comment. I am pretty sure 5 rounds won't do squat in a 30 round mag.

Back in the dark ages, M16 mags held 20 rds, but were reduced to 18 because of spring damage with 20.

One of my mutual funds gained about 10% in the past 7 months as of a week ago, and lost about 10% in the past 7 days.
Neither are 'real' unless I sell of course.

Might be a good buying opportunity, if one can guess the bottom.

Im in the same boat. My stuff has dropped between 8 and 9 percent in 4 days. No big deal. Its all in rrsps that wont be touched for probably another 14 years. I just hope the drop goes on for a while so I can get more at the sale price. I wont be able to get anymore until I get back home and transfer some money.

I'm kicking around the idea of buying a little chest freezer. I grew up with a 15+ cubic foot one. I host dinners for the extended family a couple times a year, several of whom arrive days early and they're forever complaining that my fridge doesn't have enough freezer space, and have been demanding that I get a chest freezer for a decade or so.
I've looked in the basement and I have room for it if I move some things around.

I'm currently leaning towards this one

MASTER Chef 5.0 cu.ft. E-Star Chest Freezer, White
    https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/m...-0430293p.html

Insignia 5.0 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer (NS-CZ50WH6-C) - White
    https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product...wh6-c/10400454

Those two links look like the same freezer to me. (handle the same, vents the same size and shape, controls the same size and shape, drain same size and placement)
The Canadian Tire reviews are mostly bad, but the Best Buy reviews are like 4000 5-star vs 91 1-star. The complaints are mostly dents, but more than a few "I lost $500 worth of food! That's more than the freezer costs!", and a tiny handful of "I put a glass of water into the freezer, and it wouldn't freeze on max."

Youtube of same freezer I think. 3 minutes.

I have one of these laying around here somewhere that I'll probably use with it.
"Thermoworks PharmAlarm™ 1 Digital Freezer Thermometer Alarm" with min/max.
