$40/100 for Hornady 55gr factory projectiles is nuts and these only took me a couple of hours to make. If Im going to do a load developement for something, I want to have thousands on the shelf and more anytime I want to make them.

Bought another 6 bricks of cheese for the aged cheddar stash. Between customer appreciation day and my son's employee discount, it was a really good price.

I've added some stuff to the exercise routine:
Saturday mornings are now body-weight squats. This week was 3 sets of 200. Next weekend I will try for 4 sets.
Monday nights I'm now doing beginner yoga - I'm not very flexible and that is a weakpoint in my physical fitness.
This week on the bike trainer I'm doing 3 days of 45 minutes spins with 5 sets of 45 second max effort, low-cadence standing hill-climb simulations. This will be teh 1st week I've done 3 days @ 5x45 seconds. Next week it will be 5x 60 seconds low-cadence or 5x45 seconds high-cadence.

As always - all my exercise is done fasted. I don't consider yoga to be exercise: stretching for sure, but not exactly cardio.

New bike ordered - this year should be a pretty good season. Hoping to do tip-to-tip of PEI in one day. That should be about 270km.

For me, fitness is my #1 prep.

Cheese! In 2018 we bought 5lbs of Mozzarella cheese for pizza's. On the last shredded bag of it now. Shred, dry, freeze in zip lock bags and it will last for years. Cheddar doesn't last as long.

Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"

Start jogging again, and it can come back. I dont really eat the much of it but sometimes I get a craving and I like well aged really sharp cheddar. As soon as the stuff is 2 years old, the price doubles and it just gets worse from there. I figure I can sit on it just as well as the producers can. I just had some that I bought in August and there was a noticiable difference in flavor. Theres probably around 8kg in my mini fridge right now and it doesnt take up a huge amount of room. The fridge is plugged in anyway so.....

I get my cardio from shovelling snow - we've been getting 3-8" every few days. Too little to get the 'blower out and I need the workout. At least the temps have stayed above -10 the last couple weeks. B4 that we had lotsa -15* - -20s.
Soon the snow will get off the range and I'll get my cardio walking out to the 200yd berm.
I just logged on to post , then saw the cheese pics, bsd. Out here in NB that same (I think) package goes for $8.99. I bought about 5-6 last fall and still have a bit.

The regular price on them is $9.17, so it's pretty much the same here.
