Post pics of your custom game calls

    Howdy all,

Collecting predator calls is one of my favorite hobby besides guns and motorcycles. I like to see the intricate work and craftmanship that call builders display on their calls.

Please post any custom made call you possess or like to use. Any kind of calls is welcome be it calls for predator, turkey, duck, deer, elk, etc...

Open reed distress call and closed reed squeaker by RR Calls. The squeaker sounds amazing and is very easy to use.

Springbok horn howler by RR Calls

Jackrabbit distress by SE. One of my best sounding call.

Weems Wild Call replica by Dan Thompson. Very loud and raspy Jackrabbit distress call. Sounds pretty good.

Now for something pretty original. .223 Rem brass open reed pup squaller. This little call sounds amazing!! I thought nothing of it until I let it rip and Wow! It makes near perfect puppies cries and sounds amazing.

and some more pics of the SE call with better light to really appreciate the fancy wood.

One from Yotehntr. It looks amazing and sounds not bad at all. It has Red Mallee burl barrel with a hippo ivory bead. It is followed with an o-ring fitted buffalo horn toneboard with hippo ivory insert. Impressive craftsmanship.

Same call pictured under optimum conditions and with a better camera.

Whitetail antler closed reed call made by Jeff Maidens.

R&R open reed ash burl distress/howler call and a Dog Hog black & white ebony closed reed.

One more closed reed call, this time made by Nick Nelson. Made of Bubinga wood, it's a shade over 3" long and CA finished inside and out. It's set up with a double inhale / exhale squeaker and can also do some killer bird distress with some practise.

Here's another one from Rick Robbins. Made of stabilized Black Ash Burl, this call is tuned loud and Raspy. Would make a great spring bear Distress call.

TS Custom Predator Calls Cowhorn tip, polished and sealed. It can do a full range of sounds and quite loud too.

One of Rudy Calderone's famous cocobolo Bunny Bomb (Stone coyote calls). This little call can rip some nasty distress bunny noise!

Here's a cool little call made with a one piece open reed out of Elk antler. It will do some wild cottontail out to fawn distress. There's a paw print on the side for some cool factor and a little antler tip on a string to hook your lanyard around. If you look in the pics, it also has a small paw print on the cut end of the antler. Made by Dirt's Custom Calls.

This call was named "Double Trouble" by the maker. It is a forked piece of deer antler tipped with stabilized ash burl. This call gives you the option to pick two enclosed reeds, one is jack rabbit distress and a coaxer.

Here's a cocobolo Head Knocker, Oil and wax is the finish, and it's tuned to break raspy when you blow in it.
